Updates to Cal Bal Registration
This year, we’re changing how we do registration. From August 15–21, we will offer pre-registration—an opportunity to beat the rush and still get a good price on your pass. During this week, for the first time ever, we will sell a Dance/Competition pass for those who want to attend evening dances and/or compete but don’t want to take classes—these will be available during the pre-registration week and limited in number to 100. We may offer more Dance/Competition passes later in the year, but only if we have room.
Starting on August 22, we will open our general registration with the opportunity to get steep discounts on passes.

Single Night Dance Passes
We anticipate that CalBal 2019 will sell out. However, as in years past, we will attempt to make available a limited number of single-night dance-only passes as the event date approaches. If you want to guarantee a spot for yourself at one of the evening dances, we suggest you purchase a Dance/Comp Pass during the pre-registration week of Aug 15–21.

Refunds and Transfers
Full refunds are available until October 1, 2018 minus a $25 processing fee. Pass transfers are allowed up to December 1, 2018 minus a $25 processing fee due at the time of transfer. Refunds or transfers are not permitted after December 1, 2018.
